Most of the cranes in modern-day are controlled by sophisticated electronic systems, which improves the operation quality level, safety, and diagnostic features. Various makes and models are operating in India. Most of the time the suitable parts are not available in India or some of them are obsolete. The wiring quality in a very rough environment loses its insulation properties, which causes malfunctioning of cards, or most of the time such wiring damages the delicate electronic cards, then the complete wiring needs to be changed.

We offer a complete indigenous system with a sophisticated controller. The original hydraulics and their parameters remain unaltered. The complete hydraulic circuits are studied and accordingly the software is designed to achieve all operations of the crane as per OEM requirements. The diagnostic features in our system assist operators and ordinary technicians to understand the fault location.
