Training Facility
Dozco is concentrated on after-sales, service and maintenance support for HEMM equipment such as dozers, wheel loaders, mini-excavators and breakers. Its experienced trainers /instructors offer practical and theoretical training with looking safety for the trainees.

Dozco is providing proper training, practical exposure and mentoring to the service engineers and technicians for achieving satisfactory performance of HEMM equipment on job site.

Dozco also provides training to the operator and maintenance crew of its customer?s personnel at its training centre at its corporate office in Visakhapatnam and its central service centre Dhanbad.

Classroom training facility is available at Visakhapatnam and Dhanbad. Fully air-conditioned classrooms/training hall with LCD projectors and latest audio-visual training aids are available at corporate office in Visakhapatnam.

The instructors will provides sound knowledge on various special tools, measuring instruments, various parts such as bearings, fasteners, seals, filters, lubricants etc, and also instruct the basic concept of engines, power transmission, under carriage, hydraulic systems such as hydraulic pumps, cylinders, hydraulic motors, control valves, hydraulic circuits and electronic control system etc.

Workshop training facility is available for dismantling, assembling and understanding the internal parts of all components.

On-site training facility: Dozco?s experienced instructors will focus onsite training to specific equipment and attachments and workers will benefit from training in their day-to-day environment to help reinforce key learning objectives and job safety analysis specific to their environment. Training is provided to attend problems of various machines at sites under supervision of its senior engineers. It also offers operator training classes for operation, installation and minor maintenance at job site. All personnel attending this programme will gain significant and useful skills and will leave with a stronger understanding and appreciation of the requirements and responsibilities of heavy equipment operators.
