L&T dispatches 700 MWe steam generator to GHAVP
The heavy engineering arm of Larsen & Toubro, flagged off the fourth steam generator (SG) for NPCIL鈥檚 indigenously designed 700 MWe pressurised heavy water reactors (PHWR) to be set up at Gorakhpur Haryana Anu Vidyut Pariyojana (GHAVP) in Fatehabad district of Haryana.

The ceremony took place at L&T鈥檚 state-of-the-art heavy engineering complex located at Hazira near Surat in the presence of dignitaries from NPCIL and L&T. The entire order was completed six months ahead of schedule creating a global benchmark in the nuclear manufacturing industry despite the COVID-19 pandemic.,
