Rajinder Raina has more than 34 years of experience in various domains of the industry. A BE (Mech) and MBA, he has widely travelled for technical collaborations and strategic alliances. He was instrumental in forged alliance with Samsung and Doosan of Korea to introduce contemporary hydraulic excavators and forklift trucks in India. Manufacturing alliance with the biggest forklift manufacturer of China and business alliance with Manitou of France were also his major achievements.

His concept/solution significantly added to the topline and parts business, and also access to top-end technology and association with leading global brands. Co-branding helped leverage the company?s brand equity. Raina has been recognized for his performance as well as long-term association with the company. He received the best performer awards at international conference from Doosan of Korea and Manitou of France.

Raina has been in the industry as a user of the equipment for nine years in hydel power sector, and 25 years in marketing, sales, overseas collaborations, and strategy/planning.
